SAIL for Teacher Leader is about energizing and mobilizing the untapped attributes and contributions of teachers to strengthen student performance and increase student achievement.

If you are interested in earning your master’s or doctoral degree, the SAIL program accounts for 18 credits toward a Master’s Degree in Teacher Leader or 12 credits toward a Doctor of Education Degree in Teacher Leader at Northcentral University.
Master’s Degree
SAIL participants will maintain concurrent enrollment at NCU completing 18 additional hours (6 courses) of graduate work. The program of study is:

SAIL participants will maintain concurrent enrollment at NCU completing 39 additional hours (13 courses) of graduate work. The program of study is:
Required Fundamental Courses (6hrs)
Research and Dissertation Courses (24hrs – taken in sequence)
