About Us

SAIL for Education was not created in a bubble, but was founded on solid groundwork gathered, sorted, and then aligned with the Standards to which you are being held accountable. Educational reforms have been moving like a swift river over the past several years as states began to establish standards and the enactment of NCLB, which places tremendous focus on the outcomes of standardized testing creating an environment where principals’ and administrators’ careers teeter on the performance of each teacher in every classroom.

Because we understand the educational environment, we set out to Assess, Design, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate a professional development program that would address your needs.
